In the following article, I would like to tell you about who invented the mp3 player. I am going to take a look back through the history of the mp3 player so that you understand the origin of the mp3 player.
In the nineteen eighties, a man by the name of Dieter Seitzer actually started what was known as the development or creation of a code that was for the audio format that brought about high quality. He worked with his team at an institute by the name of the German Fraunhofer Institute. The professor’s idea was to create a certain code that went with a low bit rate. In the year of nineteen eighty nine, the institute was granted a patent for the actual MP3.
Once this occurred the MP3 was then passed to an organization that goes by the name International Organization. In the exact same year the MP3 was actually included in what was known as the MPEG-1. In the nineteen ninety’s, the same institute was able to create a player that was able to actually read the MP3 format. In the year of nineteen ninety seven, a student who went by the name of Tomislav Uzelac, actually developed an AMP MP3 playback engine. This device was the first device that was able to be called a MP3 player.
Once the actual player was on the internet, there were two students by the names of Justin Frankel and Dmitry Bodyrev that actually took the time to transform it into Winamp. They were able to do this by taking the original player and actually added the Windows interface. Due to the fact that Winamp was added to the internet for free, it was a quick success. This is why free music download became so popular all at once.
Now that you know all about the history of the mp3 player, you should consider going out and getting your self one if you hadn’t already done that. You are sure to enjoy the ability of actually being able to put all your favorite songs and also videos and picture into one device so that you can carry it around with you with no problem at all whatsoever. These little devices are truly a miracle when it comes to the actual size of the device and also the capacity for storage that it has is unbelievable.
