Music is the heart and soul of every culture. It is one of the oldest forms of entertainment known to mankind. Music is a way of expressing emotions and feelings. We listen to music when we want to relax. We listen to music when we are happy. We are truly indispensable from music.
The technology of music too has changed over the last century, from gramophone records to music cds. Music can be of different types, classical, Asian, western, hip-hop, reggae, rock, pop, country, jazz, metal and many more variations. Every place has its own music. While Latin America is known for its Latino music, Caribbean is known for its drums and lively music while Indian subcontinent is more famous for its classical music. USA has contributed in the form of rock and other heavy forms of music.
Though not so long ago music cassettes dominated the music market, they have been completely overtaken now by CDs and DVDs. Over the last few decades, the way we listen to music has been changing very rapidly. Sony caused a real upheaval in the music technology market by introducing the first walkmans in 1979. It completely changed the face of not only music industry but also of Sony. This started the fight for building more and more compact music systems and easy to carry music devices. The late 1980s saw the introduction of first CD players. And with the technology and internet moving hand in hand, it saw the arrival of mp3 formats of music. With this format of music, one could store well over a hundred songs on a single CD as compared to just about 20 songs with the previous formats.
The year 2001 saw the start of portable USB devices hitting the market. These devices flooded the market and they were not just inexpensive but also extremely lightweight. Apart from these advantages, a normal 128 MB USB player could store upto 60-70 music songs in its different formats. They could also be used for data storage as they can be easily connected with any computer. But as quickly as these USB music players flooded the market, their exit was even sooner. The year 2002 saw Apple’s iPods entering the music market and they created an unforeseen craze. Their sales went skyrocketing inspite of the fact that they were costlier than USB music players. iPods have become more of a fashion statement and not just a portable music player now. And now even mobile phones have joined the race of selling music. With Nokia’s N-series mobile phones in market, the fight for the best portable music devices doesn’t seem to be ending soon.
Anyways, whatever may be the device, music will remain one of the most indispensable parts of our lives.

Information About Microsoft Zune 2 Gen. Black Digital Media Player and Its Feature
The Zune’s audio and video playback performance is very good to excellent. As with all portables, the bass is a bit lacking, but a good set of aftermarket headphones will make a big difference. The built-in equalizer presets are all too similar to do much good, but the overall sound of the Zune is very satisfying. Photos and videos appear clear, although darker areas of videos showed some pixelation. Microsoft preloads the Zune with a selection of songs, music videos and movies, so you’re ready to go right out of the box. Granted, we didn’t recognize many of the songs or artists, but this is still a nice bonus.
The Zune is a bit larger and heavier than the latest 30GB iPod, but its bright, beautiful color screen is a half-inch larger (measured diagonally) than the iPod’s. When you’re watching videos on a screen that small, every extra bit of real estate counts.Rounding out the package are a USB cable, a carrying case, headphones, and a 14-day trial membership in Zune Pass, Microsoft’s $15-per-month, all-you-can eat music subscription service.
Audio was clean and crisp – although the hard drive is distractingly audible at times. The on-player interface is easy to use and handsome, especially the large album art while track are playing.Video performance is very good, with the screen size really helping. Color was strong, brightness more than adequate in our test environments. I’m still dying for DivX support without transcoding, but hey I’m just happy to watch
Battery life didn’t meet the published specs of 20 hours for music and 4 hours for video with the Wi-Fi turned off. My rundown test on music was 18 hours, and video was 3.5 hours, which is, you know, fine.So call it a 6, with points off for HD noise and uninspiring battery life.
For video, the Zune is compatible with WMV, and the included software will convert MPEG-4 and H.264/AVC for playback. However, it won’t play video from Unbox, Vongo, Tivo to Go or other similar sites, and there is no support for DivX. It can only display JPEG pictures.

The MP3 player that I am going to tell you about is the Rave MP AMP MP3 player that is actually owned by Go Video. These days it actually seems like there are flash based MP3 players everywhere that you look. You may find that this is mainly because these types of MP3 players are inexpensive to actually make and also buy, not to mention that they can hold a just right amount of music for those consumers out there that don’t have a large group of music to listen to or don’t need a MP3 player that hold a large amount of music.
These MP3 players have different memory sizes, some of them have 128 MB and then there are some that have 1GB, which actually means that you can get between four to thirty two hours of actual tunes that are able to pose as company to you wherever you may go. I am going to tell you about the pros and cons of this MP3 player now so that you are able to form a better opinion on why the consumers are ranting that this is a wonderful MP3 player. The pros that accompany this MP3 player are: one pro, they have a backlit LCD, two they have a USB two point zero high speed transfer of files and they are also made in an attractive design that is eye catching.
The cons of this particular MP3 player are that the cord that attaches the left and right ear bud is short, it also doesn’t auto flip when you are going from the main memory to the memory cars when you are actually playing music and the other con is that the FM recordings are flat. When you are thinking about purchasing a MP3 player, it is important that you take the time to make sure that you are able to get the one that you want. You also need to make sure that you don’t totally base your opinions of the MP3 player on those of other people because of the fact that everyone has different opinions.
