In the nineteen eighties, a man by the name of Dieter Seitzer actually started what was known as the development or creation of a code that was for the audio format that brought about high quality. In the year of nineteen eighty nine, the institute was granted a patent for the actual MP3.
Once this occurred the MP3 was then passed to an organization that goes by the name International Organization. In the exact same year the MP3 was actually included in what was known as the MPEG-1. In the year of nineteen ninety seven, a student who went by the name of Tomislav Uzelac, actually developed an AMP MP3 playback engine. Once the actual player was on the internet, there were two students by the names of Justin Frankel and Dmitry Bodyrev that actually took the time to transform it into Winamp.
